I am a nutrition nerd, plain and simple. I enjoy exploring the ways that the food we eat translates into the life we live and experience. Over my career I have developed and honed a unique approach to assessing and adjusting eating patterns to my clients’ best interest.

At my core, I help people figure out what to eat. I help them synthesize and focus their own unique goals, then work with them to find an eating pattern and foods that fit their lifestyle. You can think of me as a lifestyle architect, someone who uses nutrition science and behavioral patterns to lay a foundation on which you can build a healthy life for yourself, and your family.

Motivational interviewing and skill building are the anchors to my approach to nutrition therapy. I believe that by providing an open ear, and encouraging critical thinking I can help you identify and overcome food-related barriers in your life. Whether you need help planning a grocery budget, or managing chronic disease we can explore your questions and leverage my expertise to find a satisfactory outcome.
