Welcome to my little corner of the internet

I enjoy smiling and eating cruciferous vegetables. Don't we all? I am currently a dietetic intern at the Phoenix VA and a master's student at Arizona State University. When I'm not in the hospital fighting chronic disease with nutrition education, i like to cook, hang out with my cats, and get outside in the endless Arizona sunshine.
